• Time detection with barcode, access to production data and processing information for each operator using iPads accessorised with specific applications and EdgeCam and Esprit CAD-CAM software for programming complex profiles;
• Metrology room with Renishaw 3D technology.

To guarantee qualitative and logistic performance consistency we use high-impact mechanical technologies such as: shrink-fitting for tightening the most important tools, registering tool data on BALLUFF CHIP with reading directly from the machine, systematic recording of all tests carried out in production, internal design of multi-socket equipment and special instrumentation.

Maximum transparency towards customers: through the credentials provided by us exclusively, the customer can verify the exact status of the processing with their codes using the web interface directly connected to our production.
